Rank Group is looking for a Live-In Building Superintendent team for our newest luxury building , one77. Positioned on the picturesque Northwest Arm, one77 presents bright, spacious apartment suites featuring floor-to-ceiling glass and expansive balconies to provide incomparable views of the harbour and beyond. It stands as the tallest residential building in the region!
* Ideally the duties are split between a couple. In certain circumstances, we would be willing to consider an individual with a varied skill-set.
What will you do?
As the Superintendent Team you will act as the ‘face’ of the building and the point of contact for any tenant issues. Specifically, you will be responsible for:
